Winter is awesome, but spending 20 minutes every morning layering jackets on sweatshirts on long sleeves with hats and scarfs and 15 socks is not. Leaving the house when it's 10 below is such a hassle, which is probably why a lot of animals just say, "Goodnight!" and sleep all winter long, and it's probably why most of us humans hole up under the covers with an endless supply of cocoa between December and March (or is that just me?). Oh! How we long for our arms to be free, to stretch them up towards the sun and let out that big bear yawn we've been holding in all winter long!
