Great shirt bad customer service
I love the shirt- I actually bought several a few years ago and completely wore them out through wearing them and washing them. Nothing lasts forever. That goes for customer service too- I'm remembering great customer service back then but this most recent order- communication with The Mountain's customer service was as close to nonexistent as is possible. No communication about any delays- no tracking number. I also couldn't find a telephone number. They would email me canned responses having nothing at all to do with my questions. Finally I did get a package containing 3 of the shirts that I had ordered. No explanation of what was going on with the 4th shirt. All of this after I had been charged and paid for all 4 of the shirts within a day of my order. I doubt if I'll ever order again no matter how much I love the shirts or how many promotional credits they promise to give me. I have no idea what these promotional credits are good for or how to actually use them. Once again- complete lack of communication.
