Selection and reliability are down
I have been ordering shirts from here since 2012 but not sure for how much longer. Nearly every time I want to order the larger sizes are always out of stock and you can only purchase in normal sizes. When I am able to get in an order either it takes a month or 2 to be fulfilled unlike the couple weeks it used to. I just had one order canceled and refunded after a 2 month wait because they were out of stock. If each item is custom made for each customer how can you run out of stock? It is almost not worth the effort of looking through the selection to find out either nothing is in my size or 2 months after I order it- SURPRISE we no longer have that item. It sucks since I have been a customer for 11 years.
